Services

Six kinds of work, one way of writing them up.

All services

Approach

From the first note to the walkthrough.

  1. 01

    You send the address

Tell us the city, what the roof is doing, and the kind of work you think you need. We say whether we can take the job.

  2. 02

    We get on the roof

Slope, deck, flashing, and attic ventilation are checked in person. A driveway photo is not a scope.

  3. 03

    The proposal is specific

Products, flashing details, exclusions, and cleanup are written down before work is scheduled.

  4. 04

We build it and walk it

Nails are picked up, debris leaves with the crew, and we walk the finished roof with you.

In writing

The proposal names the details that keep water out.

  • Ice and water at eaves, valleys, and penetrations where the climate calls for it.
  • Step flashing at walls, cut to the course, with kick-out flashing at the bottom.
  • Drip edge at eaves and rakes, lapped in the direction water travels.
  • Ventilation checked before a new covering seals the roof.
  • A magnet pass on the driveway and landscaping before the crew leaves.

Send the city and what the roof is doing.

Estimates are written after a visit. If the address is outside the area we can cover, you hear that before a crew is booked.
